Subject: I need help about Mega BBS 2.2

I have downloaded Mega BBS 2.2. and my database style is access. I had tested it. first page is ok. and I have registered, but there is some words in red under the bottom fo page...
Include file is version 2.2, your configuration reports version : Please rerun /admin/bbs-configuration.asp

and there is such a sentence "The BBS is temporarily offline for maintenance and upgrades. Please try back later."
