Products are available for full evaluation.

If you've purchased an installation and the software is determined by PD9 Software, Inc to be incompatable with your server, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you are purchasing a software installation and the technician is unable to complete the process, you are also entitled to a full refund.
Basically you can have a refund for any reason at all and revert to the free version at any time within 30 days.
One-on-one email support is limited to reasonable requests. Meaning, our technicians will make every effort to solve your problem and offer advice, but tasks involving data migration, custom programming, and general consulting are really not
officially covered. We won't leave you high and dry with a problem, though.
Also in the event of a sale or promotion, we will honor any 30 day price match guarantee. That seems fair.
